We’re currently hiring a Store Manager and a Plant Specialist—two key roles for passionate, reliable, and plant-savvy individuals who love connecting with people and working with greenery.

ROLES:
1. Store Manager (Leadership Role):
We’re looking for a passionate, plant-loving leader to manage our retail storefront and guide our team. This role requires a strong balance of retail experience, creativity, and operational know-how. As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of daily operations, lead a small but mighty team, and create an engaging experience for every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll ensure the shop runs smoothly, meets sales goals, and looks beautiful at all times.
You must be confident in decision-making, adaptable to shifting priorities, and enthusiastic about motivating and mentoring your team. A solid understanding of indoor plant care is required, along with a love for customer connection and community.
2. Plant Specialist
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts plant lover and people person. Our ideal Plant Specialist is a natural at connecting with customers, confidently selling products, and sharing the joy, care, and benefits of houseplants. You don’t need to know everything about plants — if you’re passionate, eager to learn, and excited to grow with us, we’ll teach you the Riza way. If you're someone who thrives in a vibrant, community-focused environment and loves helping others build their plant confidence, we’d love to meet you!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong love for plants with basic knowledge of indoor plant care and identification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Friendly, bubbly personality with great customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and trustworthy In working independently
Compensation: D.O.E.
